  • Objectplanner Enticer – Access to model library
    You can now browse the existing 3D model library directly from the Objectplanner Enticer. This makes it easier and faster to select the right object for your project. 
  • Shapefile import for all modules.
    Shapefile import is now available across all modules. This makes it easier to work with existing GIS data in every part of your project. 
  • Angles and distances shown for area and path models
    When selecting an Area or Path object, angles and distances are now automatically calculated and displayed. 

Minor

  • New icons for Objectplanner
    The Objectplanner has received a visual update with new, clear icons. 
  • Default name for terrain textures based on 3D model
    When adding a terrain texture, the name of the linked 3D model is now used by default. Manually entering a name is no longer required  . 
  • Adjustable speed for ‘Cycle opacity’ in panorama calibration
    The ‘Cycle opacity’ feature in panorama calibration has been improved, you can now control the speed at which the panorama cycles between layers. 
  • Filtering added to blocked lists in Objectplanner
    You can now filter blocked 3D model lists in the Objectplanner by name, making object management faster and more organized. 
  • Name no longer required when creating 3D models
    When creating 3D models, manually entering a name is no longer required. 
  • Opportunities map updates
    The Opportunities Map module* has received several improvements and enhancements.

     

    This addition to Windplanner is currently available exclusively to a select group of users in the Netherlands. It offers valuable insights to support site selection. The Opportunities Map is part of a controlled release. Our goal is to roll it out globally in the near future. Bugfix

  • Improved Custom layer display
    Selecting a default layer no longer causes it to appear in the “New Custom layer” section. This improves clarity and keeps the interface clean.
