The Google StreetView panorama looks a bit blurry. Can I adjust the resolution?

To adjust the resolution of Google StreetView panoramas, go to Edit > Settings > Pro settings > StreetView quality and choose the desired level. Higher resolutions may slow down your computer, depending on its capacity. Alternatively, you can upload your own panorama photos if Google’s quality doesn’t meet your expectations. A quicker way to adjust the resolution is by using the settings option directly in the tool.

Yes, you can increase the resolution, but only if Google has covered that location recently. Google is gradually replacing its panoramas with higher resolution panoramas.

To adjust the resolution (if available by Google), go to Edit > Settings > Pro settings > StreetView quaility > Choose quality level.

Be aware that the highest quality level will put quite a demand on your computer capacity. So, pending on your computer, it can impact the loading speed in your EnergyPlanner project.

Note that you can also upload your own panorama photos (or photos made by a photographer), should the quality of the Google StreetView photos not meet your expactations.

A even better and quicker way to adjust the resolution is to switch within the tool itself. This can be done while using the tool, the settings option is the default quality setting.
