In this update, we have focused on improving the Line & Grid workflow and performance together with some updates to masking and ObjectPlanner.

New

  • Connect with previous pylon in distance place tool
    Added a toggle to allow the distance place tool to connect with previously placed models.
  • Added a shared sag option when selecting two or more pylons
    This will allow you to update the sag of multiple towers at the same time.
  • Cable generation update
    We have done a major rework of how cables are being generated. This results is more performance when a project has a significant amount of pylons and thus cables.
  • Open the new cable connection tools from the context menu
    We have added the cable tool as an option inside the pylon context menu for quick access.
  • Panorama masking brush
    The Manual SkyDetect masking polygon brush has been improved in terms of visibility. The new crosshair should be a lot easier to see.
  • Random offset for Objectplanner
    A new variable called Random offset has been added to Objectplanner. This new setting allows you to create an offset in the positions of objects in an area or path.
