EnergyPlanner terms and conditions
Our terms and conditions apply to all our software, services, licenses, and agreements. These terms include provisions regarding software usage, data security, liability and support.
The following conditions apply:
- The subscription period for EnergyPlanner is for a minimum of 12 months.
- Any add-ons will be related to the prolongation date of the subscription.
- Yearly prolongation will be done automatically.
- EnergyPlanner is entitled to revise the rates on an annual basis, based on the Dutch CBS price index.
- Cancellation can be done by e-mail to subscription@theimagineers.com one month before prolongation date.
- You will receive an invoice with a payment period of 14 days.
- EnergyPlanner is named-user based. So each user will get a personal account, linked to the email address of the employee.
- Mentioned prices are excluding 21% VAT and excluding travel and accommodation expenses.
- EnergyPlanner can never be held liable for any form of visualizations, calculations or simulations generated by the software. The final responsibility for the use of the content created by EnergyPlanner lies entirely with the licensee.
- Laws and regulations may differ per country, the correct application of these is entirely up to the licensee.
- EnergyPlanner is a trade name of VIA Drupsteen in Beeld BV.
- VIA Drupsteen in Beeld BV applies the NLdigital General Terms and Conditions.
